1. Pre-Installation Client Consultation and Action Plan
Derek Ibing, owner and Chief Craftsman at Ibing Custom will take you through your millwork installation action plan step by step, to ensure you are informed, and have all of your questions about your installation answered. Derek will also ensure that he and his team of craftsmen understand any special considerations you have, that are to be respected when working in your residence.
2. Protecting Your Space
When our craftsmen are working in your home or business, we lay down a system of interconnecting foam mats to protect your floor surfaces in all work and access areas. Blankets and plastic coverings are used to protect furniture and other surfaces.
3. Nearly Dustless Installation
We use vacuum attached tools whenever possible, to reduce dust created during the installation process.
4. White Glove Cleanup
Your installation is not complete until we have performed our meticulous wipe down process to ensure that your new millwork is gleaming and ready to enjoy.
5. Strict Non-Smoking Policy
Our team will never smoke on your property.
6. Commitment To Respect
We always treat everyone we work with and for with the utmost respect. We minimize noise as much as possible, clean up as we go and never use foul language in or around your home or business.
7. Post Installation Client Onsite Review
Derek Ibing will meet with you again 6 months after your project is completed to make sure that you are completely delighted with your new millwork. Why 6 months? We like to re-inspect and make any fine adjustments necessary. We want your millwork to be perfect.
